Ingredients

  • Black chana 1bowl


  • Salt 1tsp


  • Rice 1 bowl


  • Salt 1& 1/2 tsp


  • Water 5 bowls


  • Onion paste 1 cup


  • Garlic paste 1tsp


  • Ginger paste 1tsp


  • Fresh tomato puree 1 cup


  • Chop green chilli 2


  • Salt 1 & 1/4tsp


  • Turmeric 1/2tsp


  • Red chilli 1/2tsp


  • Garam masala 1/2tsp


  • Crushed kasuri methi 1/4tsp


  • Oil 2tbsp

Directions

  • Take a chana washed,soaked in 6 hours.
  • After 6 hours chana boil with salt at 30 minutes.
  • Take s rice washed,soaked at half an hour.After hslf an hour take a vessel put water boil put salt and soaked rice mix and boil after boil water drain boiled rice ready.
  • Take a wok put oil then oil heat put garlic saute then add onion paste saute till golden brown add all spices,tomato puree and ginger paste mix then add boiled chana saute 5 minutes then add leftover water mix boil garnish kaduri methi.
  • Serve chana and boiled rice.
